Perica Jerković (SLO)
Perica Jerković is a well known name in the Slovenian stand up comedy circuit. As a co-founder of the Komikaze group he travelled all over Slovenia developing his comic skills and leaving the strongest mark with his autobiographic act about growing up in Yugoslavia.
As a student and activist in the student club Koper, he soon took a shot at comedy - at first making movies, and later with stand up comedy. In 2003 he started an annual student stand up show “Ceu Smeh”, which was a big success and the Theatre of Koper was packed every time. In January of 2007 he ensembled a group of comedians and they started performing as Komikaze. As an actor and writer he took part in marketing campaign Gofla, where he created some unforgettable characters. He is also an author and director of many short comedy sketches.
Perica combines classical stand up story-telling with one-liners, and occasionally interrupts his shows with segments of rich mimics and gesticulation. His monologue is a gently served bowl filled with sarcasm and self-irony.

There are two types of emos: The Western emo and the Balkan emo. I am the Balkan emo. The difference is that we don't cut ourselves.
