Al Pitcher was born in United Kingdom, grew up in New Zealand and is now married and resides in Sweden. “Catch him whilst he’s cheap!” wrote London’s tabloid Evening Standard.
Al regulary performs in Britain’s best comedy clubs and has performed all over the world, in New York, Shanghai, Paris, Berlin, Bahrain and also at some of the world’s largest comedy festivals in Montreal, Melbourne, Sydney, Edinburg, Leeds, Leicester and Glasgow. “He has the energy of a kid who’s drunk too much lemonade,” wrote the daily newspaper Metro.
His comedy is full of improvisation and freewheeling amongst current events. He is believed to be the best kept secret on the comedy scene, a diamond waiting to be found.

I live in Sweden now and as my friends came to visit, I took them around to show them the sights. The tour lasted for one hour. Why? There’s only an hour of daylight up here!
